How to request a DPA
Email privacy@parishlife.ie with your organisation name and the processing you need covered. We do not sign blank templates that would require us to invent Mass times, sell personal data, or ignore family funeral-notice wishes.
Current processors
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Prefer an EU project region.
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery. Request metadata (including IP) may be processed in the EU or US depending on routing.
- Resend — transactional email (confirmations, reminders, unsubscribe links).
- TomTom — optional address lookup when you type a place. Not used for advertising.
- Google Maps — only if you open the embedded directions frame. You can skip it and use “Open in Google Maps”.
- Stripe — only if a paid advertising invoice is actually taken. We do not store full card numbers.
- Anthropic — only if AI search is switched on. Keep AI off unless that transfer is accepted.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising SDKs. Optional first-party page-view analytics run only after cookie consent. See Cookies and Privacy.
Your data rights
Living persons can access, correct, or erase their data via the privacy request form. Emails we send include an unsubscribe link. We do not knowingly collect children’s accounts (under 16).
